Trying to set my site up in English and Hungarian

Hi There,

I’m trying to set up my site with 2 languages. Whats the easiest way of setting it up? I am trying to set up 2 flags, English and Hungarian on the top navigation bar. You then choose the language and it will take you to the page in the selected language. Would I write each page in English and Hungarian and depending on which flag I choose I get the chosen Language? Or How do I do it?
