[Plugin: Jetpack] Tiled galleries showing broken image icon

I have looked through some other posts and I cannot find a solution.

The tiled gallery I am trying to load doesnt load any of the images, they instead show up as small “broken photo” icons.

All the files are under 5MB, as suggested in another thread. I have just updated Jetpack with no result, and do not currently have any other plugins active.
