Gallery won't load, just sits on the loading circle.

I just purchased the Pro version of Easy Media Gallery, and am having trouble implementing a filterable gallery. I’ve added three difference categories and uploaded images for each. When I generate shortcode for each individual basic image, it loads fine, but when I attempt to load “filterable media”, the page just sits on the spinning circle, never displaying my images. I don’t see this problem in any of the other posts here, so I assume it is something I am missing, but I’d really appreciate the help.
