Can't run new themes

  • I am running the Parament Theme at
    https://ecophys.fishwild.vt.edu/.

    I would like to change themes, and I am able to Search Installed Themes and add them to my site. But when I activate any of the new themes and then go to view the site, I only get a blank page. Nothing shows up at all. If I re-activate the Parament Theme, I can see my entire site again.

    Is this a permission issue? I am the admin on this site. The site is hosted on a university server.

  • Can you enable the debug mode in wp-config.php and then try activating the theme. It may show some errors which may help to find the problem.
