    Hi,

To confirm, you are the admin of the site? Did you install another plugin before this happened?

    Scott

Yes, I am having the same issue. I can create a thumbnail gallery, but when I click on one of the images, there are no navigation buttons and the close button is not present. The only way to close the image is to hit the back button on the browser.

Got the same problem here: https://www.themanfromfunkle.com/gallery/

The code seems to be generating an invalid class for the a tag:

    <a class="\"myfancybox\"" rel="\"e57ac792e316f736b3b1b880b7b5543d\""

I thought that the class should be “ngg-fancybox”?

…still waiting on an answer here. Does ANYONE know how to fix this issue? I still need to input hundreds of pics on the site, but I wont waste my time if they plugin will not work correctly.

@krammet – There appears to be what we often refer to as a “Migration” issue with your site … it is still looking at your localhost for the Lightbox files.

Please read this article linked to from our FAQ: https://www.nextgen-gallery.com/galleries-opening-lightbox/

Let us know if that sorts our the issue for you.

    Thanks!

Thank you for your response. I tried to input the right file path in, but when I clicked save, it takes me to a 404 page. Should I try to reinstall the plugin?

After the above issue, I disabled the plugin and it completely messed things up. Now it wont even upload pics. If I was to send you my login info, can someone on your end PLEASE take a look and see what is wrong?

Having exactly the same issue – would be wonderful to find out what to do to resolve it!!

It is now giving me a warning that my NextGEN Gallery style sheet is not upgrade-safe, because is it saved in the wrong place – but I have no idea how to move it… you may be experiencing the same issue – any ideas?

I was able to fix the above issue (the pic upload), by uninstalling the plugin and reverting to an earlier version.

I am still having migration issues though. I’ve followed your advice, but whenever I click save, it takes me to a 404 error. Where else should I look to change this URL?
