Problems with favicon

When I visited that page, it looked fine to me (Safari 7.0.1, Mac OS X 10.9.1). The favicon displayed as two red vertical lines. Is that what I’m supposed to be seeing? If not, can you describe what I should be seeing?

Actually the favicon is the blue circle with the quotes inside, which is showed IN the page.

I don’t know why, the image started to be showed in all pages. (I didn’t insert the image in the pages.)

I think we have a bug. ??

I did what the author suggested and the problem was solved.
