Restoring a clean copy of jquery.php
-
I have a WP site that was hacked, and one of the files the host is complaining about is /public_html/wp-content/plugins/jquery.php. The file contains a big eval block starting
eval(base64_decode("ZnVuY3Rpb24gZ2V0X3Rkc183Nzc...
Anyway, my host is complaining that it gets flagged on a security scan. I need to restore it but don’t know where to find a fresh copy.
I tried renaming the file and then re-installing WP 3.8, thinking that this would create fresh copies of everything, but no dice.
Does re-installing WordPress not re-install the jquery stuff as well?
Where can I get a fresh jquery.php without re-installing jquery by hand?
TIA
