URLs now showing correct permalink beyond frustrated!!!!!!

I recently changed my WP Permalink Structure to make my site prettier as well as to try and work on my SEO. My old permalinks are still showing up in google searches, not my new pretty pages. Sure the content is the same its just looks crappy. I have submitted the proper sitemaps etc.
