Disconnect and reconnect Jetpack lost ALL subscribers?

The JetPack support people can generally fix things like this, but you need to provide your site URL :)!

Also, when I deactivated/reactivated… ALL of my subscribers (200+) disappeared too….!! :O

The old blog is https://www.stephsagventures.com but when I logged back in, they have all disappeared from there too!!

Would be eternally gratefull if someone can find my missing subscribers and stats ??

From what I’ve seen, they’re really good at this kind of stuff – but they probably won’t be around until Monday…so you probably won’t get a reply until then. Sorry I can’t do more.

It should be in the general Troubleshooting forum – I’ve moved it there for you. If you post in “Plugins” without being in a specific plugin’s sub-forum (like this) – it’s really no man’s land and won’t likely get seen. Unfortunately, I don’t have any answers to that one, but hopefully someone who knows more about that kind of thing will reply.

I also had moved my blog from .com to .org

WPBeginner.com staff had migrated all of my blog’s subscribers from my .com site to my new .org site.

I don’t have a thousand followers (I only have over one hundred), and my .org site only shows that I have *1 subscriber* (and that is a new subscriber!)

Can a WordPress volunteer or Happiness Engineer get my .com subscribers showing properly in my .org site? Those subscribers were migrated over, but they’re not showing at all in my .org site.
