Plugin not saving changes in max execution time under Multisite

Hello guys, I want to bring to your attention that the plugin is not saving the max execution time settings when you run it under WP Multisite. I’m using WP 3.8 with PHP 5.4 and two Multisite installations are showing the same behaviour. The max execution time is set to 0 every time you save the config. Non-Multisite sites in the same server are saving this value accordingly.
I guess it cannot be an intended behaviour because multisite installs use to have massive databases and by security reasons scripts shouldnt be run with unlimited max execution time expectations.
So, it waits for your fix ??
