    Hi!

2 days ago I had some issues with comment so I was advised to deactivate all my plug-ins and reactivate them one by one to see which one is messing with my comments.

Anyway did all that it works now but because I deactivated Jetpack I noticed I lost all my stats once I activated it again. That means that my Most Popular Post are gone and some similar things.

Can I please get my stats back by any chance and how?

    Thank you,
    Maja

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

With Jetpack, your stats information is connected to a unique blog ID. Sometimes, if a site owner was using a development site or a different address when they set up Jetpack, disconnecting may create a new blog ID. When this happens, it may appear that your stats were lost.

That’s what happened on your site; it previously used a different site URL, blog.tastyandtempting.com.

I have fixed the issue, and you should be able to get your Stats and Subscribers back by going to the Jetpack menu in your dashboard, and disconnecting / reconnecting to WordPress.com.

    Hi!

Thank you for helping me, but it didn’t work. I did what you told me to do, I disconnected from wordpress and connected again and it’s still the same. My top posts are gone, it looks like it lost all my stats again. Now my top post is Homepage and I have 1 view from today, that’s me ??

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

Your stats are now back, but it will take a little while before the Top Posts module gets populated again, as no stats were recorded in the past few days. You just need to give it a bit of time! ??
