Could you give some more information about what error you’re seeing? If you just need address validation or shipping rates there are plenty of services out there you can use:

When I click on the calculate button(https://localhost:81/cellcontender/products-page/checkout/), it doesn’t do anything.
And I also know that Gold Cart plugin is neccessary/compulsary for the fedex to work.

Please help me out.

Does your local server has nusoap extension enabled ?
Fedex plugin sends the requests using the nusoap library.
