After I corrected the location of the error log file, I was not able to access anything in wp-admin nor could I access my website. I moved the plugin folder into a sub-directory and was then able to access my website and even login. However, wp-admin is blank.

I could use some help fixing this.

I recently moved my website to Bluehost but everything seemed to be working until today.

    Thank you, jim

After I corrected the location of the error log file…

Please explain in detail what you changed.

I really forget and can’t see what I did. I changed the folder name on the php error log tab and saved. Then I went to the php settings tab and changed it there and saved.
    The site is https://newfdn.org.

Oh this is a BPS Pro question. For future BPS Pro questions please post them on the BulletProof Security Forum site: https://forum.ait-pro.com/

I assume what has happened to is that an invalid path was entered for the path to the php error log in ini_set Options. Download your wp-config.php file, edit it and delete all the code between /** BEGIN BPS Pro ini_set Settings **/ and /** END BPS Pro ini_set Settings **/
Then upload it back to your website.

Actually I do not think that entering an invalid php error log path would cause this problem. Most likely what happened was files were sent to quarantine. Send me your quarantine log file so that I can take a look at it to see if this is what happened.

The quarantine log file is located here
    /wp-content/bps-backup/logs/autorestore_log.txt

Send the log file to info [at] ait-pro [dot] com

This site has some communication issues/problems, which I believe caused several plugins to become corrupted. When trying to reinstall WordPress or any other plugins the site times out due to communication problems.

I deleted the corrupt plugin folders and the wp-admin backend is working, but you need to contact your Host and have them assist you with whatever is causing the communication problems/unable to install WordPress or any other updates.

No problem. I just noticed something else while checking your site with Firefox. Your Slider plugin does not display correctly in Firefox. It does display correctly in Chrome, IE and Safari.
