    Hi
    Thanks for a nice plugin.
    I am receiving this error message, no matter what. I am using the URL part of embed form in a webpage. The spreadsheet is published.
    – The form is working in its iframe.
    A copy of your demo code is working, but unfortunately it is using the older version of google form URL.

    Could you please change the demo to a new version?

    It would be nice if an updated example was included inside the USAGE part of the plugin’s settings.

    You can’t use the embedded URL, that won’t work. When you create your form, you have the option to share it. If you choose the “Share by email” option, it will provide a URL which you can paste into an email message. That the is the URL you want, it should end with the text “…/viewform”.

    It seems to be correct, but still the same error message.

    It seems wpgform to be the issue:

    This is working.

    Sorry, not even close. When you use the wpgform shortcode, which is what I recommend, the id parameter will be a numerical value which corresponds to the post id for the Google form.

    Before you can use the shortcode you need to set up the form using the UI on the Dashboard. Do this from the Dashboard:

    1. Dashboard->Google Forms->Add New Google Form
    2. Use the URL you had as the id parameter in what you posted above as the Form URL.
    3. Give the form a name in the Title field
    4. Publish the form
    5. View the form using the permalink WordPress generates

    Following these steps should allow you to view your form on your WordPress site. If you want to use the shortcode note the post id number when you edit the form as that will be the value you use as the id parameter.
