Limit file upload size

    Hello,
    This is a great plugin which works very awesome on single site and multisite. I would like to know if there is any way we can add a restriction to file size that a user can upload. For example, users should not be able to upload file bigger then 75MB . Any help will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance
