Log In Help

I don’t know if this is the right forum, I think it is.
So basically, I transferred from a horrible host to dreamhost+wordpress. When I first tried to transfer though I found out that I still had to wait 3 weeks until I could transfer my domain (it hadn’t been 60 days since I had purchased it yet). I contacted dreamhost and they told me to mirror my site and then I could at least work on my blog until I was able to transfer it, so I did, and once I transferred my domain the support told me that if I delete my mirror I’ll be fine and able to work on my regular domain.
Well now for some reason I can’t login to my www.remarpro.com account (I’m using the same username and password and I know it’s right because I had made a note of it. Maybe it should be different? Idk) and everytime I ask them to send an email to recover my password I enter my email (and triple check it) and it says “email sent” but I’ve been doing this for two days now and there have been zero emails sent. I’m getting so fed up and have no idea what to do.
