problem with PrettyPhoto

  • Hello,

    I can’t get the thumb mode to work on my site. It seems to be an incompatibility with PrettyPhoto, which is used by my theme.

    I don’t know what Pretty Photo is, the error messages tell me probably as much as you – nothing.

    Since the error occurs in the Pretty Photo .js file I feel that this is the wrong place to ask. Please ask the developer(s) of it / the PP WP-Plugin / your theme about this.

    PrettyPhoto.js is a lightbox plugin. It is used by the theme I am using.

    Essentially it does the same thing as ColorBox, which you require for the the thumb mode. In thumb mode, clicking on the Movie Thumb is firing PrettyPhoto, not ColorBox. Thats why we get the error.

    I can’t get rid of PrettyPhoto.js as it is used all over the theme. Would it be possible to use PrettyPhoto.js instead of ColorBox?

    I am happy to donate towards this. I already donated a little bit today. I need this and one other feature ( end times for vimeo ).
