• Hi I want to crop image of 1920×1200 or 2550×1600 to different size resolution as shown in the below:

    852×480, 960×540, 1024 x 768, 1280×720, 1366×768, 1600×900, 1920×1200

Can anyone tell me how can I do this or is there any plugin which will do this.

  • Er, you mean, “how to do it inside wordpress”, or simply, “how to do it, whatever software it takes” ?

In photoshop for instance, I’d select the rectangle tool (shortcut : m), click in the horizontal tool options line to Style : (dropdown list third item) Fixed Size, and then in there I’d manually select the dimensions you want. That’ll create a rectangle of the dimensions you want, drag and drop it to choose what area of the image you want to crop. When you’re done and you have chosen your area to crop, do, from the top of the window horizontal menu, Image > Crop (or, keyboard shortcut, alt, i, p). And done, just gotta save it (control-S, or, to save at a smaller size, Save For Web, control+alt+shift+s).

No! Kindly check this link scroll down to Select resolution: this is what I want as WordPress crop single image to large, small when uploading. I think wordpress will also make these resolution when I upload any image. Hope you understand.

For heaven’s sake, this isn’t about cropping, this is about offering different resolutions of one initial high res image, which I suspect is a plugin-generated output in the present case, there is a whole world of difference.

No idea how to do it, but please remember my advice, please do provide longer descriptions when you post a question, otherwise this is severely misleading.
