Buttons no longer appear

Hi – I have installed your plugin on two blogs. Until recently it worked great!
Having trouble just on the one blog. Chrome, WordPress 3.8 and using the Woo theme “Canvas”.
I reinstalled the plugin, deactivated the other plugins, etc.
Any help is appreciated.
