BBC Not Working in Contact Form?

I am trying to add a Bcc: to the additional headers as per the instructions located here:
https://contactform7.com/adding-cc-bcc-and-other-mail-headers/I added to the additional headers field: Bcc: [email protected]
However, I got two emails both to the main address of the contact form. The BCC doesn’t work?
How can I fix this please.
I need my site’s main contact form to send to both me and my business partner.
