    Hi there,

the code you provided removes the og meta tags that Facebook requires for proper attribution of posts and such on Facebook, and without which, Facebook may not accept your publicized posts. However, if you have another plugin that outputs the same set of tags, it can cause problems as Facebook does not like duplicate tags. Can I have your site’s URL so that I can see what plugin is producing ducplicate tags?

    Hi,

Your site is using a plugin called Facebook Thumb Fixer to output the tags that Faceboo uses. That caused duplicate tags to be output in your site, which Facebook didn’t like. Your code removed Jetpack’s tags, but I have submitted a patch to Jetpack to automatically remove Jetpack’s tags if that plugin is present, so that you and other people who use that plugin don’t have to use the code you used. Thanks for the report!
