Gallery and Album drop downs empty

@dougboss – Where are you creating the gallery / album at?

Are you using the ATP and immediately looking for the Album / Gallery in the same ATP session, or are you using the options under the Gallery menu?

Ive tried both
Ive also made sure to close browser session
I have one test album and one test gallery and when I try to upload images it makes me pick a album but the drop list is empty

@dougboss – You do not upload images directly to an Album, you would upload them directly to an existing gallery, or to a new gallery.

This is an odd issue you are describing, would you be able to submit a Bug Report (https://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) so we could get a closer look at what may be happening on your site?

We will need log in and FTP credentials for your WordPress installation as well, please include those with your Bug Report, too.

since neither work – album and gallery are interchangeable to me … ??
