Nextgen Gallery album not working

When you go directly on the page: https://www.karinaschuhphotography.com/archive/kids-2, it is open and you can click through the images!

@karinaschuhphotography – Your album is using the page id of 716 which is what all of those galleries are pointing to.

Have you set the “Page Link to” option on the album/galleries to point to your “Archive” page?

I have only set the “parent” to “Archive”. Where do I find “Page Link to”?

@karinaschuhphotography – The “Page Link to” option can be found either under Gallery > Manage Albums … select and album and click on the “Edit” button; or, under Gallery > Manage Galleries … click on the gallery to modify then see the drop-down in the top right corner.

If either of those places are pointing to the “Archive” page then try setting them to “not linked”

I have tried everything you explained, nothing is working! At the very end, I set the archive “kids” to not linked but no way!

We will need log in and FTP credentials for your WordPress installation as well, please include those with the Bug Report.
