[Theme: Twenty Thirteen] Edit Entry Meta Info

    I am trying to create a custom entry meta display that formats my posts very similarly to the one in this thread except I would also like to display Categories in the entry meta as well.

    I have modified my theme as detailed in this response but it seems that code, while working perfectly, is also removing the Categories from my entry meta. Is there a way to make the categories display while retaining the “Posted by (author) on (date) (time)” format?

    Ideally what I’m trying to create is a post style with the categories in all caps ABOVE the post title, so something like this:

    CATEGORY 1, CATEGORY 2, CATEGORY 3
    Post Title
    By (author) on (date) (time)

    Any help or tips would be much appreciated! Thanks.
