I can not activate the plugin- 404 error

    Hi,

    Please try to deactivate all the installed plugins and install a standard WP theme (2012, 2013) and check if the problem remains the same.
    if yes, please describe it in more detail – when exactly does it occur? Do any errors occur on the screen?
