Success I think…but destination site keeps redirecting

So I got all of this to go and was excited to go to my destination site to view the duplication, but somehow there is a redirect happening and my target URL keeps appending “wp-admin/install.php” and all the browser displays is the message “Can’t open file. Too many redirects…”
