Audio element not displaying for mp3 in Firefox

    If I insert audio using the [audio] shortcode, it shows fine on Safari and Chrome but doesn’t appear in Firefox (Mac).

    I know Firefox doesn’t support mp3 in the html5 element, but I thought the shortcode was supposed to handle that?

    I’ve added the appropriate mime type (AddType audio/mpeg mp3) to .htaccess in the WordPress root directory. Is there anything else I ought to do to make this work?

    Ah, silly me. I’d failed to delete all trace of a previous javascript that was interfering with it. All works now. Sorry to bother you!
