• I love this theme, it’s beautiful. Viewing this theme on a desktop web browser (firefox) displays the content with meta-content on the left of each blog entry and the sidebar on the right of the page. It’s beautiful.

However, viewing this theme on an iPad 4 displays everything except the right sidebar – it’s nowehere on the page. Viewing this theme on an iPhone 5 displays only content – no right sidebar and no meta-content to the left of each blog entry.

    Possible fixes:
iPad 4 – would it be possible to add the right sidebar to the end of the page (below the blog entries)?
iPhone 5 – Same as for the iPad fix.. and also add entry meta-content under each blog entry.

The entry meta-content are vital pieces of the blog content, in my opinion, and should be included somewhere on the page. Otherwise I simply cannot use this theme. I don’t own any Windows or Android devices, but I’m suspicious that these problems appear on those platforms as well.

    Thanks for listening.

Hey, thank you for your comment about the page. At first it was a design choice, that those meta tags would be hidden, and the sidebar, too. This is part of the bootstrap framework and I thought it would be a good idea to hide those information as it would take up space.

But after reading your comment I will look into it and use theme options (possibly) to let the wordpress admin choose, what will be displayed and what will be hidden. I hope you don’t mind, that this might take some time, as I haven’t worked on theme options before and after that it will take some time for those changes to be reviewed and the update to get approved. I hope, that the update will be live in a week.

Thanks for your positive feedback, though, I’m happy that you like it. If you have any other things, that you don’t really like, just drop me a line, or consider reviewing this theme.

Thank you for the fast reply, and for your willingness to update the theme.

I feel that using the theme options to allow the admin to hide/show different aspects of the content is a great idea.. I don’t mind at all.

I think the best place for the right sidebar, as far as mobile devices are concerned, is at the bottom of the page. This is where I see the sidebar on most other mobile themes.

As far as the meta-content for each blog post, I feel this would be the optimum layout:

    Post Title (with permalink)
Published on month day, year (perhaps with archives permalinks)

    Post content here

    Comments

Thank you for writing this beautiful theme and I will leave a nice review when it is finished.
