  • DO you mean that when you login and go to the posts editor you cannot find them or that the installed post slider is not functioning?

Now it’s even worse… A few minutes ago, at least most of the site was active, just with all the blogs and few pages 404’d.

Now the whole site is down and when I enter https://www.elenarosephotography.com into the address bar, I get this: https://www.elenarosephotography.com/wp-admin/install.php

    Can you help?

Worse still… WordPress wants me to reinstall. The form is there with ” Username User(s) already exists.” filled in and no way to change it. When I fill out my email address and the name of my site, then click INSTALL WORDPRESS, I get a message asking me for a username. This is serious. I can’t access anything . Can you help?

Sounds more like a host issue, please ask them first…install.php installs current version of WP and updates the db to work with current version…what do you see at that time at /install.php?

Note: are you using any server cache methods or plugins and/or a CDN? And, please clear local browser cache too.
