sidebar and footer not showing up after update

since i updated customizr and wordpress to the newest version, i can’t see my sidebar and the footer anymore. If i check on customiz’it, everything is properly selected like it was before the update, but now nothing of that is showing up, not even in preview.

any help?

By the way, i also can’t see the worpress bar on top anymore, the one with the link to the dashboard and to customiz’it
