Allow only Super Admin create blogs/users?

    The ‘method’ requires a user and it’s password, but it could be anyone registered.

    Hello,
    The plugin presently does not include functionality for user or role specific ACLs. This isn’t a feature I’m planning to add to it in the foreseeable future, but is something you could definitely add to the plugin in your code base if you wish.
