two shops in one

  • I’ve been asked to set up woo-commerce as two shops, i.e. having a link to the products with two particular shipping classes and the other one with other shipping classes in order the let the customer buy only products delivered on a certain day. (fresh food delivered to your door). So customer chooses to buy products delivered on Tuesday or Thursday and wine that can be delivered both days.

    I thought the customers choice could be kept in the session and cleared in case the user changes “shop”. Browsing around the internet I realized it might be easier using tags rather than shipping classes, but I’m not sure on this?

    So anyone have an idea on how to make a filter that would exclude products by shipping class or tags, but still having the shop use its own logic.

    Making a link to the shipping class does not work!

    Any ideas would be welcome.
