Code occasionally being stripped from content areas?

This is a really really great plugin. I’ve just been having one random problem and I wanted to see if anyone was having similar issues. From time to time on revision some code gets randomly stripped or garbled in my content areas. I’m using the Black Studio TinyMCE and everything is up to date. My guess is that this is occurring because not all of the content gets loaded fully before the revision is committed, but I’m not really sure. Because there doesn’t seem to be much of a rhyme or reason to it it can be difficult to diagnose. I’ve tried isolating other plugins that might be conflicting and the only one that might be doing is is the MCE editor itself. I’m attaching a screenshot between two revisions to help make my issue clearer:
