• Hi there,
After I updated wordpress, woocommerce and minicorp theme to the latest version, the + and – arrows and Add to cart buttons are gone from my product page. Also product gallery lightbox is not working anymore. No products with Variations can be added to shopping cart. Would you please see if you can help me to located this problem asap?
I also notice an error message from woocommerce:
SOAP Client: Your server does not have the SOAP Client class enabled – some gateway plugins which use SOAP may not work as expected.
    Will this be the cause?

    Appreciated,

    Could you link your site?

Regarding your SOAP message you need to contact your hosting providers.

Looks like key JavaScript files are not being loaded into your site.
Can you try deactivating all (other) plugins and switching to the default TwentyTwelve/Thirteen theme to see whether the issue persists?

after applying all of the steps above, when i click on a product it doesn’t come up at all

    I don’t know why that’s caused such a problem.
Instead can you reactivate your theme but keep allother plugins deactivated?

    Thread Starter chilltalk

    (@chilltalk)

    done.
the only other changes i made was added a virtal downloadable product.

Where did you make that change?

    Thread Starter chilltalk

    (@chilltalk)

from Product, duplicated one of the simple product and then update the product info.
couldn’t remember if this problem occur before of after that virtual product was created…

That sounds fine, I was asking because I want to advise you to reinstall WooCommerce and didn’t want you to lose any changes you made to the plugin’s files. Did you make any changes to the plugin’s files?

i only edited couple error message strings a while back so i guess shouldn’t be a problem. will i lose all the current settings? or how to reinstall it correctly?

I think if you uninstall the WooCommerce plugin through the dashboard do you lose your settings, because there’s an option to remove all things related to WooCommerce.

I’ve updated WooCommerce before by just downloading the .zip file, unzipping it and extracting the “woocommerce” folder. Then copying that “woocommerce” folder into my “wp-content/plugins” folder, overwriting the current woocommerce folder.
You could do this to reinstall the plugin.

    However
Please take a backup of your database as I assume you’ll be doing this on the live site and not a separate testing site(?).
