Can't redirecting.

When i add new file (File Manager > Add Nwe File) and Create Package, write green color (on the top right corner) “File Created Successfully! Please wait while redirecting.” but it isn’t redirecting and if i click second time “Create Package” button same file save second time.Every time save a new file (but same file)
How can i fix this unredirecting problem ?
