media library upload error "Missing Temporary Folder"

Recently an error started with our wordpress site. whenever we attempt to upload an image to the media library we get the message:” picture.jpg has failed to upload due to an errorMissing a temporary folder.”

the only changes at the time is we removed a backup program from rapidcrush called wpTwin. We are hosted with GoDaddy.

Any ideas to fix issue
