[Plugin – Better WP Security] WP 3.7 auto updates blocked by Better WP Security

I’ve noticed that Better WP Security is blocking WP 3.7 new auto update feature. I run a small site that I simply want to auto update plugins and WP core but if I can’t get the cron to fire if BWPS is activated.
Disabling BWPS will then allow the WP auto updates to trigger and update both core and plugins just fine. Enabling BWPS the updates then stop working. So there is a conflict, likely with file change monitoring or something. Hard to tell without going through a lot of testing.
I’ve looked at the settings and I am wondering if there is just 1 specific setting that can be turned off to allow for auto updates to fire but still maintain the majority of the security this plugin provides.
Without going through each setting and then waiting to see if an update occurs I am wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction to resolve this.
