I m having the same problem, works well in all browsers on my PC, however on an IPAD Safari the countdown stops (only updates seconds etc when you refresh) where as if you use Chrome on an IPAD it works always…. Would be great if you could fix this issue!

I really love this countdown clock!!! I’ve tried several others and this one is the one I ultimately settled on, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to my peers. Great work from the developers! ??

I have tested this topbar countdown plugin extensively using the browserstack website.

The plugin works correctly in the latest version of every browser I tried in Windows 7/8 (IE, FireFox, Chrome, Opera, Safari).

It also works correctly in the latest version of every browser I tried on OSX Mountain Lion and Mavericks, except Safari 6.1 and 7.0.

It also works correctly on Android Devices, and on iPads running (Safari?) on IOS 6, but not on iPads running (Safari or FireFox) on IOS 7.

The problem is as the other two people described above. The clock itself appears correctly, but does not count down in realtime – it is frozen at the time the page loaded. It displays the updated time (again in frozen form) each time you reload the page.

I’m hoping that the developers will able to resolve these compatibility issues with the plugin as I am concerned about using it if it isn’t supported on Apple phones/tablets running the latest version of IOS, or on the default browser on the latest version of the Mac operating system.

    Good luck! ??
