• Hi

I’ve just updated your plugin and after it installed was unable to get to the wpadmin menu I instead got the following message :

Fatal error: Call to a member function getView() on a non-object in /homepages/35/d114050940/htdocs/actionsnappers_nz/wp-content/plugins/ready-backup/modules/adminmenu/views/adminmenu.php on line 24

After renaming the readybackup plugin directory every thing was again OK. So I tried re-installing instaed of upgrading readyback and again got the above error message.

  • Same thing here … did anyone even test the plugin before they released it? Crashed my wp-admin area. Nice job.

Luckily all I had to do was ftp in and delete the plugin, which restored things to working order. Will be looking for and using a different backup plugin…

Several hours ago I upload latest release where we fix that bug. I’m apologies, as we test plugin before release and there’s no such bug with our hosting configuration.

Hi. I have the same thing. I can’t log in to the admin panel. So how can I fix this problem if I can’t get into the admin area?

@yummycakes: It is considered impolite to interrupt another poster’s ongoing thread unless you are posting a solution or suggestion. It causes significant problems for the forum’s volunteers and prevents us from being able to track issues by topic. Please post your own topic.

Sorry. I’m not a member of many forums. I had the same problem, thought people could help as I thought it was considered spam to open several threads on the same topic. But if that’s so I’ll open my own thread.

Still happening, as of today 12/11/13 11am Pacific.

I have just upgraded and have the same issue. I had to rename the plugin file via FTP to deactivate it so I could access the dashboard
