Vizio Theme is not installing

    I deleted and re-install WordPress. Went to my purchases and when trying to download Vizio again it’s not installing. Doesn’t download a zip file and also cannot find it in dashboard. How can I solve this?

    I contacted Vizio creators and they told me is a WordPress issue.

    That’s something you will need to take up with support at wherever you purchased the theme. WordPress won’t download a commercial theme directly from the dashboard for you.

    Sign in with your account where you purchased the theme. Re-download the theme to your desktop. Install the theme manually.

    Re-downloading a commercial theme from the original point of purchase is definitely not a WordPress related issue.

    I followed the instructions of Mojothemes and Splashing Pixels the creators of Vizio to download the newer version which is 1.04 from Mojotheme site.

    I tried to upload the theme manually from desktop to my WordPress site – https://www.onlinecelebrations.co.uk and it has failed on over 10 attempts. Why won’t it upload as vizio zip format?

    It is not the 1.04 version. Where can I find this on WordPress without paying for it again and safely upload the version to the site please?

    www.remarpro.com doesn’t distribute commercial software. If you can’t find it on www.remarpro.com, then it probably isn’t on www.remarpro.com.
