changing server problem

hello,
I have changed the server and site doesn’t work. saying this :Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘{‘ in /home/tucmuc/public_html/wp-content/plugins/register-plus-redux/rpr-login.php on line 1
so I’m not sure how to solve this.
