Images with what resolution I should upload for this theme?

Any large image that has more than 720px width and 340px height will work fine – it will be cropped correctly. If you want to crop the images before and upload them to fit, it would be 720px x 340px.

How to bring social links, I gave my Facebook page link, but its not coming up here.

Theme Options > Social Links > Add New. Make sure the icon field has “fa-facebook” written in it.

Can i upload my own designed title for the website.

Theme Options > Header > Custom Logo upload

Also i uploaded a feature image with 1191×670 res, but it is not coming up in the post when it is viewed separately.

In the “Format” box on the right side, select “Image”.

I have few more queries, sorry new to this theme and wp also. How to bring stuffs in left hand side, like recent posts i want to bring to left side. Also will the left hand side will also show thumbnails if i bring recent posts there. What other things i can place on left hand sidebar

You can place anything you want on the left and right sides with widgets. There are tons of WordPress plugins that adds great widgets.

To put posts on the right side, go to Appearance > Widgets. Expand the “Primary” block on the right side. Drag AlxTabs into it. Or AlxPosts. Or any other widget. And there you go!

thank u for the prompt reply, sorry I confused you. I meant I want recent posts in the right hand side. U said to drag AlxTabs to Primary block. But, when i does so, the recent posts are coming in left hand side. Right hand side is blank so I want to include recent posts there.
