Output buffering fatal error in activation.php

    Running version 0.9.3 of W3TC. Have tried a number of configurations, but am often seeing the following error:

    PHP Fatal error: ob_start(): Cannot use output buffering in output buffering display handlers in mysite/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/inc/functions/activation.php on line 368

    Anyone else run into this, or have any tips?
