Unable to display the comments section

Hi All,

The comments section is not being displayed on a page.

What have I done so far;

In the page itself, I went to Screen options, checked the discussions and comments box.

In General Settings – Discussions I made sure the following boxes are checked:
Attempt to notify any blogs linked to from the article
Allow link notifications from other blogs (pingbacks and trackbacks)
Allow people to post comments on new articles
Comment author must fill out name and e-mail
Enable threaded (nested) comments levels deep
E-mail me whenever Anyone posts a comment
A comment is held for moderation

After that I also chose for quick edit of that specific page – allow comments – also checked that box.

What am I doing wrong?
