Adding new language to site

  • Hello,
    I have researched greatly but little confused. I have a site running that is english. I want exactly the same site, with same images and layout etc, but in Turkish. I just want an option on the homepage where the user can click which language they wish and then use the site. Do i need a multilanguage plugin? A translator? Or do i just create all the pages again in Turkish? Can somoen please advise me? Btw i have all the turkish ready, just to paste into teh new pages.
