YIKES! Update crashed my site :(

Hostgator tells me I am on PHP 5.3 so that solution is not helpful in my case.

Hope to hear about another one soon so I can keep using your plugin.

I did, and as a response to that thread, I got a link to this one.

It was suggested that you look at the replies here – not post in the topic.

On many hosts just add to your .htaccees

# Use PHP 5.3
AddType application/x-httpd-php53 .php

That made it for me.

@sumukha, I’ve updated https://aihrus.zendesk.com/entries/30678006-Most-Aihrus-Plugins-Require-PHP-5-3- with more finding and solutions. Folks just need to read it and follow directions. Worst case, ask their web host for help in updating to PHP 5.3+.
