Enable Extended Returns on Taxonomy Terms

I clicked the check box to enable Extended Return Values on Taxonomy Terms and hit save. When I return to the page the Extended Return Values on Taxonomy Terms is no longer selected. This is happening on two separate installs of WordPress and only on Taxonomy Terms. I tested it on the File field and it worked perfectly. Amazing plugin BTW!
