Twenty-eleven-child and widget appears at the bottom of mobil

I’m using Twenty Eleven with a Child Theme, and it looks great on any computer except mobile devices. Well, it looks great, but one of the widgets displays at the bottom of the page and we want it at the top. Is there a way to control where widgets go in mobile devices?
