Problems with Plugins

I love the way that PageBuilder makes designing a page or post very easy. Unfortunately, I am running into a problem accessing some of the plugins that are installed on my site. Some do not appear on the list that displays when the “Add Widget” option is selected.
I am trying to add a tab widget called WordPress Post Tabs to an empty box on the page grid. Since this widget does not display, I cannot add it. If I first put a Tiny MCE widget in the box, The button to insert the shortcode generated by WordPress Post Tabs appears in the Tiny MCE options area. Unfortunately, the code does not insert as expected.
Is there a way around the problem of plugins not displaying? If not, is there a tabs plugin you can recommend that works with PageBuilder?
