Able to make 1 generic poll and have seperate results for each post?

Hello. I am looking for a plugin which will allow me to insert a genertic poll, something like “do you agree with this?” and be able to have the result seperate on each post. I don’t have time to make a custom poll for hundreds of posts. Would this work? Thanks!
